Entertainer Sandy Nitch is a Tampa area Native who is called "the songbird" by those who know her well.
Entertainer Sandy Nitch has a sultry, melodic voice and she has a special way of taking you back in time--on a musical journey. She brings joy to all those who share in the experience of one of her performances and has what it takes to make every show exciting. Sandy has performed in small and intimate, torchy and low-keyed venues and larger more upscale events and no matter the size of the audience she will leave them with a smile and always wanting more.
Sandy was country before country was cool and early in life she spent time singing gospel music, popular music, country and blues. It wasn't until around 2003 when her (now) husband, Mike, shared a few jazz albums on date night. The jazz music captured her and inspired her to dive into the old standards and she's never looked back. She has developed her own take on some of the tunes performed by popular Las Vegas crooners, the First Lady of Song--Ella Fitzgerald and many others.
Sandy Nitch & Friends has produced three CDs that can be streamed through Apple Music or Amazon Unlimited Music or purchased directly online or at her performances. You can keep Sandy Nitch Music playing anywhere digital music can be found.
Additionally, she has provided much voice-over work for WZPH 96.7 FM out of Dade CIty / Zephyrhills Florida. This radio station is programmed in many FORD vehicles so stay tuned to WZPH 96.7 FM. (It's a great radio station that plays the best oldies and is run by the one and only Doc Thayer.)
Sandy Nitch is a watercolor artist and has also dabbled with oils, pastels and acrylics. She is a poet and has had her work published in several books and magazines over the years and currently her book of 7 very short-short stories, "Inspirations of a Songbird" by Sandra C. Nitch is available for purchase on Amazon as a Kindle book or as a paperback.
Additionally, Sandy enjoys spending time keeping seniors moving by teaching fitness classes. Sandy is a certified Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Teacher and she is also a certified RSVP Bone Builder Class Leader in Polk County, Florida.
P.S. Did I tell you she is also a proud Mother to her son Ryan and proud Nana to 5 grand children?

HERE ARE JUST A FEW OF OUR INFLUENCES:
We prefer to play the popular mainstream jazz standards of yesteryear. We want folks to recognize them and to just relax or sing, swing and dance along if they like. We play the music of Duke Ellington, Bill Evans, Diana Krall, Eliane Elias, Dave Brubeck, Miles Davis, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Charlie Parker, and others.

Sandy Nitch & Friends has carved out a special place in their schedule for Senior Living Entertainment. We believe that sharing musical memories is the key to helping our Senior Communities create an environment to enrich the lives of our elders. Our elders have lived long and cherished lives in which they have built careers, taken care of families, helped to grow our economies, served our Country to protect our freedoms, volunteered for those less fortunate and so much more. It's our time to give our talents to help enrich their lives--to bring a smile to their face, laughter to their ears (with our bad jokes) or just being there to listen to a story from their past as we setup or pack up our gear. We love performing for Senior Living residences, 55+ communities and more.
After all, Sandy's Granny made her promise to always sing to the folks who need good music the most.
