Welcome to your online source for "All Things Nitch". We are Mike and Sandy Nitch a husband and wife team at your service. We enjoy life, learning, teaching others, having fun and doing that while serving others.
On our website you'll find information on Mike's Southern Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi (Yang Form) instruction. He will teach Self Defense classes if there is a request. Learn more about his background in Martial Arts and his lineage in the Kung Fu or Tai Chi pages found within our website. Mike also plays Trumpet and Bass and has played on our Christmas Album, "A Sandy Kind of Christmas" and is the best roadie a girl could ever ask for.

Sandy Nitch is a certified Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga teacher and a Polk County Certified Instructor for Bone Builders (Bone Builders is a free exercise program available to Polk County Senior Citizens. For more info: please inquire.) Sandy Nitch performs mostly as a trio with vocals as "Sandy Nitch & Friends" formerly "Live After Five".
